They were tough, but I had the best core strength and muscle definition I've ever had, and it certainly helped my running. You need to have an instructor who keeps a good eye on you though, and corrects even slight errors in your form. Otherwise, at the very least, you won't get the full benefit of the classes, and possibly get frustrated.Cathynoreply@blogger.com
